Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

At this time I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges as everything is either custom designed, printed to order, or a digital download. If you experience any issues feel free to contact me.
What is the difference between Subjects vs Quantity?

Subjects: the number of people, pets, vehicles etc. in your photo Quantity: The number of individual illustration pieces For example: An illustration of two people together would be two subjects, quantity one. Two separate protrait illustrations would be one subject, quantity of two.
How long until I recieve my custom design?

Current turnaround is 7-10 Business days (business days do not inlcude Saturday or Sunday). A rush option is available for quicker turnaround time. Feel free to email me at ellie@theillustrateher.com if you have any questions.
Can I use my illustration as a logo, podcast cover, or other commercial use?"

There is an added fee for commercial use designs. If you purchased a standard design and would now like it to be commcerial please contact me to purchase the rights. See "Business projects" page for commercial projects
